Working principle:
In the system, the ECU LCD-based monitor controls the grease pump to operate cyclically. When the system is running, the motor drives the grease pump to suck and discharge the grease. After the high pressure grease enters into the supply line, it is delivered to the lube points via the distributor. Upon completion of operation, the system is unloaded.

Working principle:
The system is controlled by ECU to make sure the cycle work of the gear pump.When the system works, the motor drives the gear pump to work, sucking and delivering the lube. After the lube is pressed into the supply line, it is delivered to all the lube points through the single-line distributor(pressure-type distributor). The system releases pressure after the operation.
| INTRODUCTION OF THE SYSTEM
Autol innovated new centralized lubrication system for commercial vehicles and have maintained a long-term cooperation with varied coach and bus manufacturers. Here are the common lubrication series for coach and bus:
AR60 series: AR60, AR60H, AR60HG, AR60HL
AL50 series: ALP502
AL70 series: ALP712
AL80 series: ALP822
Let’s use ALP50 as an example to introduce coach lubrication system.
Working principle:
The system controls the gear pump to do periodic running through the ECU LCD monitor. When the system works, the motor drives the gear pump to conduct grease suction and discharge. After entering the main oil line, the high-pressure grease is supplied to each lubrication point through pressurized distributor. The system releases pressure after completing its run.

Pressure Distributor
At normal temperature, the maximum discharge pressure may be up to 3.2 MPa. Under low-temperature environment, the discharge pressure will be increased with reduced ambient temperature.Maximum pressure: 8.0 MPa.Displacement: 0.1 ml, 0.2 ml, 0.4 ml/cy.Grease available: NLGI—00#, 0#, 1#
Monitor
As a control center of the lubrication system, the monitor is used to dynamically display the grease pressure in the grease line, time countdown to the OFF state, operating hours, total number of operations and fault code, etc. And, it features protection for standby at low temperature and fault alarm. The monitor may be built-in or externally mounted. A built-in monitor is integrated with grease pump and with reserved position. An externally mounted monitor is installed for easy operation.
